Upcoming JST Release: Managing agreements update to be released by end of Q4 2025 -> Q1 2026

We know many universities will be working in the tool over the next couple of months so we have decided to wait and then release in Q1 2026.  We will focus on gathering upcoming journals changes and other quality checks on account data.

By the end of Q4 we will be releasing updates to your JST to help you manage your agreements better. Improvements will be made to the Create and Edit agreement pages as well as the Agreements Overview in both layout and features including:

Agreement overview

• Filter by “expiring soon” to easily identify which agreements may need updating
• Search and filter agreements by publisher and status

Edit an agreement

• Ability to search within journals list to enable you to find and edit individual journals easier
• Export journal list to enable you to download, edit and re-upload lists more efficiently

This update will also include accessibility improvements for these pages in line with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. To ensure you get full use of the new features when released,  we will be providing a video guide as well as updating our Help Centre guides.
