JST Admin Upgrades

Hello Everyone,

We have recently released upgrades to the JST Admin.

Our team has been working hard to elevate the look, feel, and functionality of your dashboard. These changes are designed to streamline your workflow and, crucially, bring the Admin side of the JST toward full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.

Here are examples of how your tool has improved:

• Faster Agreement Management: You can now search by publisher, filter by status, and instantly view agreements expiring within the next 60 days.
• Enhanced List Control: Easily search for specific titles within an agreement or export your lists for offline review.
• Better Communication: The "Extra Information" text box now supports clickable URLs, allowing you to link researchers directly to external resources.
• Full Visibility: View both active and inactive agreements in your internal search page.
• Consortia JST: Ability to search in both languages to select an Institution
• Commitment to Accessibility: We have updated interface contrasts and added the ability to link your own accessibility policy. (A full VPAT and updated statement will follow shortly).

Note: We will be updating the Help Centre guides in the coming weeks to match these new capabilities.

Important Maintenance Notice: Normal cloud architecture maintenance so that we keep to the highest standards. There will be a 10-minute downtime this Thursday between 05:00 – 07:00 CET.
