In this section you will learn how to add emails and URLs to the icons in your Public Journal Search Page.
Step-by-Step
- To make changes to your links on your Public Journal Search Page first of all click on Branding either on the Main Dashboard or from the sidebar.

You will now arrive at the branding page where you can make your customisations. On the General tab go to Settings
Here you can edit the following:
- Contact Us: Enter your University contact email or contact form web address
- Publishing Model URL: Enter the URL of where the differences in publishing models are described.
- Licenses URL: Enter the URL where your university's license types are described
- Custom License URL: Enter the URL for when you use the custom license options in your import
- Open links in a new window: By having the checkbox selected the links on your public search page will open in a new window. If you would like them to open in the same window deselect the checkbox.
- Once you have made your changes make sure to click Save at the top of the page
Editing Payment Option Link
If you want to change the Who Pays (Payment Option) URL this is done within each of the individual agreements. This is so that you can link to a specific page per agreement if needed. If you would like to update the link displayed on the Public Search page you can do this via the Agreements Page -> Edit Agreement.
- Go to Agreements Page
- Click on the Agreement you would like to update the Payment Option URL for and then enter the new URL (must start with https://) in the Agreement URL field
- Once you have made the change, click Save Changes under the form
