If you are logged into the JST Admin and you are unable to see any of your publisher agreements on the Agreements page or Statistics are blank on the Statistics page it may be that your login session has timed out. We therefore recommend logging out of the JST app and logging back in. You can do this by:
- Clicking Logout in the right hand corner of JST Admin
- Then log back into JST Admin using your email address.
- You will then receive a one-time passcode to login with.
- You should now see that your agreements are loading on your publisher agreements page
