Export journals

In your JST tool you can export a full list of the journals within your tool. To do this click on Export Journals from the Side Menu. A Excel file with all your journal data will then be downloaded.

In the downloaded Excel file you will see the following information:

• Journal Title
• Journal URL
• ISSN Electronic
• ISSN Print
• Imprint
• License Options
• Publishing Model
• Subject areas
• Payment Option
• Payment Option Link
• Start and End date

Please note: The file will be downloaded as a TSV file and can often require configuration to ensure that the file is showing correctly, usually this needs to be done when using Excel on a Windows machine. This is to prevent unusual characters being shown within text fields.

1. Open Blank workbook in Excel
2. Go to Data tab
   
3. Click on Get Data
   
4. From File -> From Text/CSV
   
5. Change Text files to All files
   
6. Select the Export File and click Import
   
7. Set File Origin to Unicode (UTF-8)
   
8. Click Load at the bottom of the Window
   
9. Save File
