Checking existing agreements

You may want to view existing agreements to check the information is up-to-date especially expiry dates.

How to view Publisher Agreement Information

1. Go to the Agreements page either from the Dashboard or the sidebar
2. Here you can see a list of your agreement with information regarding
   1. Publisher
   2. Agreement Title
   3. Start Date
   4. End Date
   5. Status
   6. Journal number
3. You can then click on the Agreement you want to find out more about
4. Here you can view information relating to:
   1. Publisher
   2. Agreement Name- The agreement title
   3. Payment Option - The default payment option used for this list
   4. Agreement URL - Link of the "who pays" icon for this agreement
   5. Extra information on journal row - Here you can add additional information to be shown with each journal in this agreement
   6. Description - Here you can add an internal description regarding the agreement (this will not be shown on the Public Journal Search Tool)
   7. Notes - Here you can see internal notes including those from SciFree. This space is useful to keep track of changes that have been made. (this will not be shown on the Public Journal Search Tool)
   8. Start Date and End Date
   9. Licenses - Default license option used for list if it is not within the journal list
   10. Uploaded journals

How to view Agreement Expiry Dates

1. Go to the Agreements page either from the Dashboard or the sidebar
2. Here you will see a table listing all of your agreements. Here you also see the start and end dates for each agreement
   
3. If you wish to change these dates you can do so by clicking on the agreement, This will take you to the edit agreement page.
4. Go to the Start Date and End Date boxes, click on them and select the date from the calendar
   
5. Then click Save Changes

How to view Journals within an Agreement

1. Go to the Agreements page either from the Dashboard or the sidebar
2. Click on the Agreement you want to find out more about
3. Scroll down to Uploaded Journals. Here you can view information relating to the agreement as well as the list of Uploaded Journals
   
    

Publisher Agreement Period Statuses

1. Go to the Agreements page either from the Dashboard or the sidebar
2. Here you can see a list of all the Agreements within your JST

• Active- The list is visible to researchers in the Public Journal Search
• Pending - The list has been added but is not yet visible to researchers in the Public Journal Search as the Start Date is in the future
• Expired - The list is no longer visible to researchers in the Public Journal Search as the End Date is in the past.
• Inactive - This list is not visible to researchers in the Public Journal Search as Do not show this agreement in public search has been selected.
