You can add Extra Information to journals which will be shown on the public search page to your researchers. This can for example include what type of articles are included in the agreement, the expiry date or if there is a limited amount of articles able to be published within the agreement.
In this guide it provides information on how to add/edit Extra Information to all journals in an agreement or to individual journals within an agreement.
Please see below for an example of how the extra information looks on the Public Search page
Adding/editing Extra Information to all journals in an agreement
- Go to the Agreements page either from the Dashboard or the sidebar
- Click on the Agreement you would like to add/edit the Extra Information for

Go to the Extra Information box and add/edit the text.
- Once finished, click Save changes
Adding Extra Information to individual journals
- Go to the Agreements page either from the Dashboard or the sidebar
- Click on the Agreement you would like to add/edit Extra Information to the individual journals
- Go to the Uploaded Journals list, under the form.
- Search for the journal you want to add/edit the extra information for and click on the journal.
- Here you will see a form where you can now edit the journal information. Click on the Extra Information box and add/edit the text
- Click Save
Note: The feature to import extra information when uploading a journal list will be implemented in 2025.
