New payment options available - Article Quota, Under Negotiation, Green OA Deposit

Hello Everyone,

Following feedback from our university libraries we have released three new payment options:

• Article Quota
• Under Negotiation
• Green OA Deposit

The default hover text is blank for these payment options as we understand each library using these icons will want to convey different information for these payment options. The Icon description hover text can be modified in the Icons tab within Branding.  Additional information per agreement can be added by using the Extra information feature, where you can add text on the journal row within the search.

Tip: If you are using more than 5 payment options icons already, please have a look again to ensure that adding new information will indeed provide better clarity for your researchers. To see what payment options you are using, you may use the Export Journals feature or use your internal search.
Don’t forget, your tool has space where you can write short texts at the top to clarify but also “When nothing is found” text could be utilised as well.
